As a professor my best memory was launching a balloon with weather equipment that reached a height of 97,250 feet. We chased the balloon halfway to Arkansas and did not recover it until someone called the next day saying they found it." Dr. Austin's best memories shows his strong interest and expertise in Physics Education. Dr. Chris Austin is in the American Association of Physics Teachers; Former member in the Society of Physics Students-National Chapter and Former member in the Society of Physics Students-Local Chapter. Dr. Austin have also been a judge for science fairs. |
