Dan says:
Chantico
*** Attention Googlenauts - This is NOT a real recipe. It’s a JOKE. Don’t try to make Chantico with this recipe. *** Go here for a real Chantico-esque recipe
So half a shot is plenty. But it comes in 6 oz. cups. Anyone want to split one four ways?
P.S.Chantico is the name of the Aztec goddess of hearth and home. This drink supposedly hearkens back to the history of chocolate, which was always drunk rather than eaten in solid form. Of course, the Aztecs didn’t add sugar.
Does anyone think Chantico sounds a bit jaunty? There are lots of cool slang words that sound like it. In Japanese Charinko (チャリンコ) is slang for “bicycle.” Chancho means “pork” or “pig” in some Spanish-speaking countries. (Or a nasty, fat, piglike person)
Now, what other blog is gonna give you such priceless info?
