Dr. Lowry Evaluates the United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities
Dr. David Lowry, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and Professor of Communication, served as a team member for the Higher Learning Commission to evaluate the United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities in New Brighton, Minnesota, on November 12-14, 2012. Dr. Lowry has served as dean and has taught at Oklahoma Christian University since the fall of 2005.
